Jo Gonzalez, CIC, currently serves as the Regional Manager for Ironpeak South Central since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Sales for Charles Taylor and National Sales Manager for Encompass Insurance, where Jo achieved significant year-over-year growth and developed a high-performing virtual sales team. Jo's career spans over two decades, with prior positions at Kemper, Hallmark Insurance Company, Preferred Guardian Insurance, JP Morgan Chase, and State Farm, demonstrating a consistent track record of driving sales growth, market analysis, and agency recruitment. Jo holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences from the University of North Texas and is currently enrolled in the CMARE Executive Program at The Wharton School.
