Jim Norsworthy

Jim Norsworthy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering and Vice President of Fulfillment at IronRidge since February 2011, Jim has also held the position of Director of Manufacturing within the same company. In addition, Jim has been the Winemaker at Kingsford Cellars since 2008. Previous roles encompass Operations Manager at Cooper Industries Ltd. and General Manager at both Translite/Lightolier/Philips and Trend Technologies. Jim began their career in the late 1980s, holding roles such as Plant Manager at North American Tool and Die, Facilities/Maintenance at Tharco, Facilities Manager at Simpson Strong-Tie, and Facilities Manager at CTS Metal Products, alongside initial work as a Landscape Architect at Paloma Landscape. Jim's expertise includes metal fabrication, automotive stampings, plastic injection molding, and robotic welding.
