Jinny Williams has held various roles in the past eight years. In 2020, they worked at IRONSCALES as a Channel Programs and Operations Manager, Channel Account Manager, and Sales Development Representative. In 2016, they were a Sales Manager at POSCO America Corporation, where they managed client accounts and supervised two cross functional sales teams. In 2015, they were an Immigration Paralegal at Park & Associates, P.C. In 2014, they were a Public Relations Coordinator/Legal Assistant at Southeast Regional Center LLC, where they coordinated communication between U.S. attorneys, paralegals, Korean immigration agencies, and Korean clients. In 2013, they worked at Center for Pan Asian Community Services as a Math Teacher, Program Management, and Teacher's Assistant. In 2012, they were a Public Relations Intern and Marketing Intern at the same company.

Jinny Williams attended Myung Duk Foreign Language High School from 2007 to 2009. Jinny then attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Communication, General. In 2015, they attended The University of Georgia to pursue a Litigation Paralegal certification from the Center for Legal Studies. In October 2015, they obtained a Certified Paralegal (CP) certification from The University of Georgia. In August 2018, they obtained a State Court Interpreter - Spoken Language Certification (English-Korean) from The State of Georgia Commission on Interpreters. Jinny also holds a Medical Interpreter (English-Korean) certification from ALTA Language Services, Inc.
