Rotem Aviv

Rotem Aviv has been working in the Talent Acquisition field since 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as an HR Technical Recruiter at Matrix. In 2020, they transitioned to their current role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at IRONSCALES, a world's 1st automated phishing prevention, detection and response platform. In this role, Rotem is responsible for the recruitment life cycle, making telephone and frontal interviews, preparation for professional interviews, accompanying candidates throughout the recruitment process, and searching and finding candidates on social networks Facebook, LinkedIn and various web sites for all kinds of technology roles.

Rotem Aviv attended The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo from 2016 to 2018, where they studied Behavioral Sciences.
