Yossi Spector

Yossi Spector has over 12 years of experience in the IT industry. In 2009, they began their career as a System Administrator team leader in the Israel Defense Forces. In this role, they managed duty rosters and built weekly workflows, provided guidance and training to new supporters, and acted as a source of knowledge in complex issues. Yossi was also responsible for supporting team members and had extensive knowledge in Windows OS, Office, and other third-party software installations and maintenance. Yossi also worked with network components such as 3com switches and optical convertors. In 2013, they moved to Applied Materials as an IT Technician, providing daily IT support to 1,500 employees and troubleshooting complex IT problems for Applied Employees in Europe and Israel. Yossi also had deep knowledge and troubleshooting complex network issues and Cisco switches configuration. In 2015, they joined Align Technology as a System Administrator, providing support to 250 local users and collaborating with global teams for projects and system upgrades. In 2017, they became a System Administrator at Coolvision, where they managed the corporate infrastructure, including planning, implementing, securing, and keeping the corporate systems well maintained. Yossi was also responsible for Active Directory and all its aspects, as well as working on a variety of email solutions. In 2019, they moved to Change Healthcare as an IT Project Manager, characterizing needs and services for Israel's site, deciding and leading projects related to facility initiatives and issues, and collaborating and coordinating global teams for projects and system upgrades for IT infrastructure. In 2020, they joined Lumos Global as an IT Tech Lead, providing IT support for end users in Israel and being the technical focal point for advanced system support and user management for IT teams located in other branches. Yossi currently works at IRONSCALES as an IT Manager.
