Ursula Woodruff-Harris

Ursula Woodruff-Harris is a Senior Technical Consultant at Ironside since 2012, specializing in leveraging business analytics to address clients' core challenges and enhance performance through insights in business intelligence, predictive analytics, and big data. Prior to Ironside, Ursula served as a Senior Learning Consultant at IBM from 2008 to 2012 and worked as a Senior Consultant at Cognos from 1996 to 2008, both focusing on Business Intelligence Solutions. Ursula began career as an Information Systems Analyst at DTE Energy, where responsibilities included systems integration and business intelligence from 1992 to 1996. Ursula holds a Master of Education in e-Learning Technology and Design from Jones International University and a Bachelor of Journalism in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Wayne State University.
