Lon Welsh

Lon Welsh is a seasoned real estate investor with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as the Founder and General Partner of Ironton Capital since January 2019, where annualized returns exceed 20%. Welsh also co-founded and chairs Your Castle Real Estate, which achieved over $2.5 billion in sales in 2022. Previous experience includes co-founding and directing business development at First Alliance Title, and serving as a Director at both Metrolist and Mercy Housing. Additionally, Welsh has held directorial roles at the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® and possesses a strong background in strategy and operations from tenure at Accenture and Deloitte Consulting. Educational qualifications include dual MBAs in Finance and Marketing from Vanderbilt University and a BBA in Finance from the University of Iowa.
