Currently serving as the General Manager and Director of Project and Transitions at Ironwave Hospitality since August 2021, Vincent oversees strategy formulation, team management, and policy establishment. Previous positions include General Manager at Hotel Hendricks, where Vincent successfully implemented COVID-19 safety protocols, and Regional General Manager at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, focusing on leadership and compliance. As General Manager for Peachtree Hotel Group, responsibilities included overseeing properties such as Element Miami International Airport and Hotel Indigo in Gainesville. Additionally, Vincent held various leadership roles at Interstate Hotels & Resorts and Hawks Cay Resort, enhancing food and beverage services and operational efficiency. Vincent holds an Associate's Degree in Accounting from Valencia Community College.
