Peggy Moriceau

Peggy Moriceau is an experienced R&D professional with a robust background in product formulation and laboratory management. Currently serving as the R&D Director at Ironwood Clay Company Inc. since June 2018, Peggy leads research initiatives to develop innovative products and procedures while overseeing laboratory operations. Prior to this role, Peggy was the Laboratory Manager at Vitelle Dermatology Laboratories Inc., directing skin and body care product advancements. Peggy also contributed as a Senior Chemist at L'Oréal in the Hair Care Division, where innovative conditioners and masks were developed. With a decade-long tenure at EUGENE PERMA, Peggy excelled as a Group Leader and Senior Chemist, supervising projects and formulating products that complied with eco-friendly standards. Peggy's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Cosmetic Formulation and an Associate's degree in Chemistry from reputable French institutions.
