Marshall Wilson Ballard

Marshall Wilson Ballard is currently working as the GIS Manager at Ironwood Consulting Inc since August 2023. Prior to this, Ballard held the position of Geographic Information Systems Manager at Fehr & Peers from August 2018 to September 2023. With a Master's degree in Geography, Remote Sensing, GIS, and Multi Criteria Decision Making, Ballard has extensive experience in managing enterprise GIS systems, developing data management practices, and leading research groups. Additionally, Ballard has also been involved in community development initiatives and has served in various advisory roles related to GIS programs.
