Joe Redmond

Joe Redmond is a seasoned executive in operations and leadership, currently serving as Vice President and General Manager at Ironwood Plastics, Inc. since January 2024. Redmond has held various key positions, including Division Manager at TF Warren Group, General Manager at Hydraulic Parts Source, and Operations Leader at Ingersoll Rand. Previous roles include Director of Employee Development at Olympus Surgical Technologies America, where Redmond enhanced manufacturing operations across leadership, employee development, and environmental health & safety.
