Lauren Ford

Lauren Ford, LMSW, currently serves as the Senior Director of Data Analytics and Strategy at the Iroquois Healthcare Association since March 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Licensed Master Social Worker at Presence Developmental Services from April 2021 to March 2023, and Director of Program Research, Development and Policy at the Home Care Association of New York State from December 2018 to March 2022, where responsibilities centered on integrating data and evidence-based research into advocacy and policy efforts. Additional roles include Intake Director at Tri-County Care CCO and Assistant Director of Residential Services at Living Resources, supporting individuals with disabilities. Ford began a professional trajectory with a Graduate Fellowship at the U.S. House of Representatives.
