Alisa Laufer is a Policy Analyst at RAND Corporation and Podcast Host at Irregular Warfare Initiative. Alisa previously worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Princeton University and as a Harold W. Rosenthal Fellow at Center for Civilians in Conflict. Alisa also has experience in federal government relations, international security, and nonproliferation from their time at the U.S. Department of State. Alisa holds a Master of Public Affairs from Princeton University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from The George Washington University.
