Ella Keathley

Ella Keathley is a highly engaged professional with diverse experience in education, marketing, and community involvement. Currently serving as a New Member Education Advisor and Finance Advisor for Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, Inc. since February 2024, Ella previously held various roles within the fraternity, including Homecoming Chair, where recognition was achieved for the University of Kansas 110th Homecoming. As a Market Development Champion at Irresistible Foods Group since July 2023 and an Athletic's Staff Member at Kansas Athletics from July 2022 to June 2023, Ella has demonstrated strong organizational and marketing skills. Academic involvement includes multiple positions at The University of Kansas School of Business, focusing on mentorship, teaching assistance, and writing coaching, alongside a successful study abroad experience at the University of Leeds. Ella's commitment to diversity and inclusion was further showcased through active participation in the University of Kansas Panhellenic Association.
