Doug Capazzi

Doug Capazzi is a National Events Leadership Team Member at Irreverent Warriors. Doug has also worked as a Small Business Benefits Specialist at Aflac. In their role at Aflac, Doug worked closely with business owners to help them compete with rising costs, remain competitive in their industry, and employee retention. Doug devised plans for them to offer comprehensive benefits packages to existing and new employees with little to no cost to the employer. Doug also addressed concerns about insurance and educated employers on how to maintain a competitive edge while saving money.
