Delphine Costa is an experienced engineer and researcher currently serving as an Ingénieure chercheuse at IRSN since September 2022. Previously, Delphine completed a doctoral thesis at Université Paris-Est from November 2018 to July 2022, focusing on the validation of particle pollution retention models in ventilation systems through experimental work, including the development of measurement protocols for industrial-sized ducts. Prior experiences include an internship at CEA - Commissariat à l'énergie atomique et aux énergies alternatives, where Delphine conducted numerical simulations related to thermal transfer, and participation in engineering projects at the University of Copenhagen. Education credentials include a double degree in Numerical Mechanics for Engineers from University of Strasbourg and Ecole nationale du Génie de l'Eau et de l'Environnement de Strasbourg.
