Fabien Voisin

Fabien Voisin has extensive experience in procurement and financial management, with a focus on public institutions. Since July 2019, Fabien has served as Adjoint à la secrétaire général and Responsable des achats at IRSN, where responsibilities include supporting the new secretary general and professionalizing the procurement function. Prior roles include Directeur adjoint des finances et des achats at Irstea, Director of purchases at Radio France, and Responsable national des achats at Inria, where Fabien managed national purchasing strategies and led organizational changes. Fabien began a career in procurement at the Communauté d'agglomération de Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, followed by a significant role at Inria, where the service was established. Educational qualifications include DEA in International Law and Public International Law from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.
