Jason Delozier

Jason Delozier is currently the Chief Accounting Officer at Independence Realty Trust. Jason has over fifteen years of experience in the accounting industry. Jason began their career at KPMG in August 2005 and worked their way up to Senior Manager before leaving in May 2013 to join Ascensus as their Director of Financial Reporting. Jason held this position for two years before moving on to RAIT Financial Trust in September 2015, where they served as Managing Director and Controller for just over two years.

Jason Delozier earned their Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from Widener University. Jason is also a Certified Public Accountant.
