Grégory Flandin

Program Director - Artificial Intelligence For Critical Systems at IRT Saint Exupéry

Grégory Flandin has extensive work experience in the field of artificial intelligence and space systems. Grégory started their career in 2005 at Astrium, where they served as the Group leader for Image processing and later as the Group leader for Guidance navigation and control. In 2010, they joined Airbus Defence and Space as a System engineer for Earth Observation Navigation and Science. In 2014, Grégory joined IRT AESE - Saint Exupéry as the Program manager for Intelligent Systems and Data, and later became the Program Director for Artificial Intelligence for Critical Systems. In 2019, they joined ANITI Toulouse as the Head of Certifiable Artificial Intelligence.

Grégory Flandin obtained a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Mathematics and Computer Science from ISAE-SUPAERO from 1994 to 1997. Grégory then pursued a Phd in Mathematics and Computer Science from Université de Rennes I from 1998 to 2001. In 2023, they became an Ancien auditeur at IHEST.
