Lionel Cordesses

Lionel Cordesses is the current director of smart technologies at IRT Saint Exupéry. Lionel has also previously worked as the chairman of the board for IRT Saint Exupéry Canada - Centre de recherche Aéro-Numérique and as an expert in artificial intelligence for Groupe Renault. For Renault Innovation Silicon Valley / RNGM, they created and managed the artificial intelligence team, and they are a keynote speaker in AI and innovation. Lionel has also worked as an independent expert for the European Commission and as an R&D engineer for Renault Agriculture / Claas.

Lionel Cordesses has a Ph.D. from Université Blaise Pascal in Clermont-Ferrand, France. Lionel'sresearch was in the field of computer vision and robotics for autonomous driving. Lionel also has a master's degree in electrical and electronics engineering from the same university, and an engineer's degree in electrical and electronics engineering from CUST in Clermont-Ferrand, France.
