Lyndie Wingenroth

Lyndie Wingenroth has extensive experience in supply chain operations and management. Lyndie started their career in 1991 as a Supervisor at JCM Industries, where they supervised employees and coordinated emergency customer orders. Lyndie also negotiated freight rates for significant savings. In 2000, they joined Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America as a Senior Production Planner, responsible for planning new product implementations and managing inventory transitions.

In 2006, Lyndie moved to Kalmar RT Center and took on the role of Commodity Manager. Lyndie was instrumental in establishing the initial supply base for the localization of industrial equipment products from Europe to the US. Lyndie successfully transitioned the supply base to tactical buyers, reduced suppliers, and improved long-term relationships. Lyndie also achieved cost-down initiative goals.

At Kalmar RT Center, they later became the LCRTF Program Manager, responsible for coordinating the Light Capability Rough Terrain Forklift program. Lyndie ensured the timely submission of all contract deliverables and encouraged cross-functional communication.

In 2013, Lyndie joined Kalmar RT Center LLC as the Director of Supply Chain Operations. In addition to their previous responsibilities, they played a key role in establishing the supply base for a new manufacturing facility. Lyndie also managed the overall supply chain operations.

Most recently, Lyndie has been working as the Director of Supply Chain Operations at Independent RT Center LLC since 2018.
