Blake Windal

Blake Windal, CSM, serves as the Vice President & General Manager at Irvine Company since September 2015, previously holding the position of Senior Director of Property Management within the same organization from 2012 to 2015. With extensive experience in retail operations and management, Blake led the transition and redevelopment of The Outlets at Orange from 2009 to 2012 as General Manager. Earlier career roles include Director of Retail Operations at both Irvine Company and Madison Marquette, where oversight of operations supported significant retail expansions. Blake's foundational experience includes a managerial role in lease administration and operations at Universal Studios Hollywood from 1993 to 2000. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from Berklee College of Music, supplemented by education at Principia College and UCLA.
