Clay Rogers

Clay Rogers has extensive experience in the landscape operations industry. Clay started their career at ValleyCrest Companies in 2008 as an intern, working their way up to become an Account Manager. During their time at ValleyCrest, Clay successfully managed a large team and provided excellent service to various types of properties.

In 2013, Clay joined Irvine Company as a Manager for landscape operations. Clay was responsible for overseeing landscape operations in a large office campus portfolio in Irvine. Clay demonstrated their passion for creating vibrant workspaces and consistently delivered exceptional results. Clay successfully managed landscapes through the challenging Southern California drought period, showcasing resilience and adaptability.

In 2019, Clay was promoted to Senior Manager at Irvine Company. During their 5-year tenure, they achieved transformative accomplishments and made impactful contributions to the organization's success. Clay spearheaded the launch of a cutting-edge Urban Forestry Management Software, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in operations.

Finally, Clay currently holds the position of Director of Landscape Operations at Irvine Company, starting in 2024.

Clay Rogers completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness/Agricultural Business Operations from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in the years 2004-2008. In 2006, they studied Spanish and Iberian Studies at Universitat de Barcelona. Prior to that, they attended De La Salle H.S. from 2000-2004. Additionally, Clay has obtained certifications such as Qualified Water Efficient Landscaper from the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California in 2023, ISA Certified Arborist from the International Society of Arboriculture in 2011, and a Qualified Applicator License from the Department of Pesticide Regulation in 2012.
