Jessica Shew

Jessica Shew has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Jessica began their career as a Technical Recruiter with ICC, where they built and maintained client relationships while sourcing IT professionals to meet staffing needs. Jessica then joined Act 1 Technical as a Technical Recruiter, where they developed client relationships, conducted interviews, and negotiated contracts. Jessica also worked as an Account Manager at Transcend Information, Inc., where they sold memory products, negotiated pricing, and provided technical support. Jessica then joined Remedy Staffing as a Recruiter, supervising temporary associates and conducting full cycle recruiting. At Wells Fargo Dealer Services, they served as a Recruiting Consultant and Team Lead, overseeing a team of recruiters and maintaining relationships with candidates and business partners. Currently, Jessica is working at Irvine Company as a Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, leading a team to support hiring efforts and partnering with managers to develop recruiting strategies.

Jessica Shew is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership at Arizona State University.
