Jim Magnotta has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jim began their career as a Logistics Analyst at Nabisco in 1993. After completing a corporate training program, they transitioned into a management role within the Operations organization.
In 1996, Jim joined PwC/IBM as a Consultant, where they focused on SAP and business process optimization for Fortune 500 companies. Jim completed eight SAP full lifecycle programs during their eight-year tenure, working with clients such as Nabisco, Keebler, Compaq, Chiron, Abgenix, T-Mobile, and AOL.
In 2005, Jim moved to NBCUniversal Media, LLC, initially holding the position of Director of Enterprise Systems. Jim'sresponsibilities included leading a global AP transformation program aimed at digitizing the AP process, standardizing the approval process, and improving the user experience. This program targeted an annual return on investment of $10MM.
In 2018, Jim was promoted to Senior Director Global Procure to Pay & SCM at NBCUniversal Media LLC. Jim held this role until 2020 when they joined Irvine Company as their Vice President of Enterprise Applications, a position they currently hold.
Jim Magnotta completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Marketing and Management from Christopher Newport University in 1993. Jim furthered their education by completing an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) program at USC Marshall School of Business from 2008 to 2010, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
