Natalie Carvalho

Natalie Carvalho has over 17 years of experience in risk management, starting in 2001 as a Community Association Manager at Keystone Pacific Property Management. Natalie then joined Irvine Company in 2003 and held various roles, including Sr. Analyst and Sr. Administrative Assistant, before becoming the Director of Risk Management. In 2017, they joined The New Home Company Inc. as Director of Risk Management. Currently, they are back at Irvine Company as Director of Risk Management. Natalie also attended the FBI Los Angeles Citizens Academy in 2015.

Natalie Carvalho, MBA, ARM has a Master's degree in Business Administration, which they obtained from Brandman University from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting from Pepperdine University, completing their studies between 1997 and 2001. Natalie also holds an Associate in Risk Management certification from The Institutes-AICPCU, which they obtained in 2006.
