Paul Amante Jr., J.D., SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 25 years of combined business, HR, and legal experience. Paul served as Vice President of Human Resources at Irvine Company, where they were responsible for improving employment processes and compliance. Prior to that, they were a Senior Manager of HR Business at Canon U.S.A., Inc., overseeing HR management and operations for multiple regions in the United States. Before their tenure at Canon, Paul gained extensive experience in various business enterprises and firms.

Paul Amante Jr., J.D., SPHR, SHRM-SCP obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Law from Southwestern University School of Law from 1979 to 1982. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a concentration in Public Law from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1979. Additionally, Paul Amante Jr. holds certifications as a Senior Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP) and as a Senior Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute (SPHR).
