Rebecca Bronder

Rebecca Bronder is a seasoned professional in property and operations management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Operations at Irvine Company since April 2002. In this role, Rebecca oversees the operations of two high-rise towers totaling approximately 800,000 rentable square feet. Previously, as Senior Property Manager for 825,000 rentable square feet of commercial property in the Orange County Airport Area, Rebecca was responsible for managing budgets, reporting, and tenant relations while leading a team of five on-site professionals. Earlier experience includes the role of Property Manager at Prentiss Properties Limited Inc., where Rebecca successfully managed Gateway Towers in Torrance, CA, and earned the TOBY (Office Building of the Year) award in 1998. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Pepperdine University.
