Rob Jones has a strong background in human resources, with experience ranging from Vice President at Irvine Company to Senior Director at Allergan. At Allergan, they played a key role in leading a major integration project, as well as driving restructuring efforts and implementing change management processes. Prior to their time at Allergan, they held various HR leadership positions at Medtronic, where they were responsible for integrating acquisitions, creating Centers of Excellence, and implementing development programs. Rob Jones received their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Human Resources Development from the University of Minnesota in 1996. Rob then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts (MA) in Human Resources and Industrial Relations (MA-HRIR) from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management from 1996 to 1998.
