Ruben Rivas

Ruben Rivas, RPA has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Ruben began their career at Corporate Realty Advisors in 2004, where they served as a Senior Associate for two years. In 2006, they worked as a Senior Associate at Vantage Real Estate Solutions before joining CB Richard Ellis as an Assistant Real Estate Manager from 2006 to 2008. In 2009, Ruben joined Irvine Company Office Properties as the Director of Operations, a role they currently hold. Additionally, they serve as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Down Syndrome Association of Orange County since 2011. Ruben's work experience demonstrates their expertise and commitment to the real estate industry and community organizations.

Ruben Rivas, RPA, received their education from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 1997 to 2002. Ruben earned a degree in Finance, Real Estate, & Law with a focus on Contract Management. Additionally, they obtained additional certifications including the Real Property Administrator from BOMI International in 2020 and the CA Real Estate Salesperson License from the California Department of Real Estate in 2002.
