Kevin Birch

Kevin Birch has extensive experience in human resources and operations, having served as the Director of Employee Experience and Strategic Operations at the University of Notre Dame from August 2016 to July 2019. Prior to that role, Kevin Birch held positions at Memorial Hospital as Manager of People Services and Compensation Manager from January 2008 to January 2011. Kevin Birch also worked as an HRMS Specialist at Memorial Health System from January 2006 to January 2008, and began a career as a Compensation Analyst. Kevin Birch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Bethel College, earned between January 2000 and January 2004.
