Shawn Monteith

Shawn Monteith is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in managing diverse construction projects. Currently serving as Vice President of Construction at Irvine Company since October 2017, Shawn has held various leadership roles including Sr. Director and Director of Construction, focusing on reinvestment in the company's apartment portfolio. Prior to this, Shawn worked as Director of Construction at DiversyFund, Inc., and spent six years as Project Manager at Zephyr Partners, LLC, overseeing residential developments in San Diego. Earlier career experience includes a Project Manager role at Brett Construction, where custom home building and remodeling were primary responsibilities, and a position as Sales Consultant at James Hardie Building Products. Shawn holds a degree from Loyola Marymount University.
