Steven Case

Steven Case is an experienced executive in the real estate industry, currently serving as Executive Vice President of Irvine Company Office Properties since September 2004, overseeing leasing and marketing for a 40 million square foot office portfolio. Previously, Steven held the position of Interim President at Irvine Company Office from August 2020 to May 2021 and served as Senior Managing Director/Partner at CB Richard Ellis from September 1983 to September 2004, where responsibilities included managing all lines of business and P&L for the Orange County Region. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Finance from USC Marshall School of Business.
