Megan Faillace

Megan Faillace is an experienced Budget Analyst with a strong background in financial management and budget development. Currently employed at IBA (Irving Burton Associates) since May 2017, Megan assists the Department of Defense's Defense Health Agency in managing and justifying a budget of approximately $2 billion. Prior to this role, Megan worked for the DC Government, where responsibilities included monitoring and formulating budgets totaling about $129 million for multiple programs. Megan's earlier experience at Stratford University involved reconciling financial reports and ensuring compliance with educational financial aid policies. With a Master of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus, along with a Bachelor's degree in Baking & Pastry Management from The Culinary Institute of America, Megan combines extensive analytical skills with a solid educational foundation.
