Ashly Witek MS-HRD is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in benefits management, HRIS operations, and risk management at Irving ISD since July 2014. As Director of Benefits and HRIS Operations, Ashly has implemented strategies to enhance stakeholder experiences and streamline HR processes, leading a team to improve overall departmental performance. Previous roles include Manager of Branch Operations and Senior Healthcare Recruiter at Maxim Healthcare Services, where significant increases in sales and account growth were achieved. Ashly holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M University and a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Texas at Tyler.
