Oliver Kiddy

Oliver Kiddy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment and management within the flavors, fragrances, ingredients, agriculture, animal health, and feed sectors. Currently serving as General Manager and Recruiter at Irving Knight Group since January 2020, Oliver Kiddy has successfully established and led the London office, overseeing a team of over 30 consultants dedicated to global industrial, life science, and medical device markets. Prior to this role, Oliver Kiddy held various positions within the company, including Managing Consultant and Principal Consultant in Global Flavours & Ingredients, as well as Senior Executive Search Consultant. Earlier experience also includes a role as Executive Search Consultant at Harrison Frazer Search. Oliver Kiddy holds a Bachelor's degree in Classical and Ancient Studies from the University of Leeds, attained in 2019.
