Amy Thompson

Amy Thompson is a Senior Process Improvement Specialist at Irving Oil, leading the Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Work stream for Value Chain and Sustainable Sourcing since December 2019. In this role, Amy drives alignment with the organization’s ESG Goals while overseeing risk governance related to Supply Management. Prior to this, Amy served in various capacities at Xerox from 1999 to 2019, including Customer Solutions Manager, where responsibilities spanned service level agreement achievement, team leadership, and operational excellence. Amy possesses a strong foundation in supplier management, strategic sourcing, and customer relations, with an educational background from the University of New Brunswick Saint John.
