Caroline Stephen

Caroline Stephen is a Mechanical Engineering graduate with a comprehensive background in talent partnership and project management. Currently serving as a Talent Partner at Irving Oil, Caroline manages third-party engineering projects and collaborates with various stakeholders for project estimation and documentation. In addition to work at Irving Oil, Caroline instructs dance at Danceability SJ and previously at The Dance Connection and CORE DANCE COLLECTIVE, specializing in competitive tap dance for different age groups. Prior government experience includes serving as a Project Officer in the Executive Council Office of the Government of New Brunswick, where Caroline led process improvement projects focused on onboarding and efficiency. Caroline's educational background from the University of New Brunswick includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with minors in Business and Math.
