Karlie Broad

Karlie Broad, PMP, currently serves as a Program Manager in the Strategic Program Delivery Office at Irving Oil since May 2023. Prior to this role, Karlie Broad held various positions at Canopy Growth Corporation from April 2018 to February 2023, including Manager of Operations Systems & Data Governance, Program Manager for Production Operations, Regional Process Improvement Manager for Western Canada, Regional Operations Coordinator for Western Canada, and Operations Coordinator. Karlie Broad also worked as a Landscape Horticulturist at Allgreen Landscape & Design Ltd. from June 2008 to April 2018. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of New Brunswick, a degree in Landscape Horticulture and Landscape Construction from NBCC, and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
