Kathrin Dubnikov

Kathrin Dubnikov, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist at Irving Oil since October 2016, where management of supply chain and commercial aspects of energy transition projects is a primary focus, emphasizing ESG goals and achieving cost savings. Previously held roles at Irving Oil include Supplier and Contracts Management Specialist, where leadership in Quarterly Business Review meetings and supplier relationships was paramount, and Contract & Procurement Specialist, managing strategic sourcing and contracting activities across various categories. Prior to Irving, Kathrin worked as a Contract Buyer at J.D. Irving, Limited, managing supplier contracts and MRO materials, and as a Purchasing and Logistics Administrator at Intel Corporation, overseeing procurement and logistics for the Metrology and Test Equipment division. Academically, Kathrin holds an MBA in Marketing from Edinburgh Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from "Sapir" College.
