Oscar Okpobrisi P.Eng., MSc., PMP is a seasoned engineering professional specializing in instrumentation and control with extensive experience across multiple industries, including oil and gas. Currently serving as a Sr. Project Engineer at Irving Oil since May 2022, Oscar focuses on instrument design, safety instrumented systems, and supporting maintenance and asset integrity initiatives. Prior to this role, Oscar held significant positions at GCM Consultants, Valaris plc, Total, Seadrill Careers, and Shell, where responsibilities included project management, engineering support, commissioning, and technical oversight of instrumentation systems. Oscar holds a Master’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nnamdi Azikiwe University.
