Denise Skinner

Denise Skinner has a strong background in real estate and right of way management, with experience at companies such as NuStar Energy L.P. and Atrium Real Estate Services, Inc. Denise holds a Master's degree in Land Economics and Real Estate from Texas A&M University, where Denise also completed a Bachelor of Science in Range Science - Natural Resource Management. Currently, Denise serves as the International Executive Vice President at the International Right of Way Association.
