Leslie Findlay

Leslie Findlay, SR/WA, R/W-RAC has extensive experience in the right of way industry, currently serving as Vice President and Manager of Right of Way Operations at Tierra Right of Way Services. Leslie is also an Instructor for relocation courses at the International Right of Way Association. Prior to this, Leslie held positions such as Project Manager and Acquisition/Relocation Manager at Universal Field Services. Leslie's background includes reviewing and instructing relocation programs for the Washington State Department of Transportation. Leslie attended the University of Washington in 2013 and South Puget Sound Community College from 1996 to 1998.
