Akhil Sharma

Akhil Sharma is a seasoned banking and finance lawyer with extensive experience in international corporate banking and acquisition finance, currently serving as a Partner at Irwin Mitchell since February 2016. Prior to this role, Akhil held the position of Director at Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co. LLP, where expertise included advising on mid-market cross-border acquisition and leveraged finance, as well as project-related financing across various sectors.
