Sean Attwood

Sean Attwood is a Partner and head of the Court of Protection department at Irwin Mitchell since August 2008, specializing in the management of personal injury and clinical negligence compensation through Court of Protection Deputyship and Personal Injury Trusts. Prior roles include Senior Associate Solicitor, Associate Solicitor, Solicitor, Trainee Solicitor, Paralegal, and Temporary Office Assistant. Additionally, Sean served as a member of the Board of Trustees for Headway Essex from December 2012 to October 2018, contributing to policy and budgetary decisions for the charity supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries.
