Maurizio Milani

Maurizio joined iS5 Communications in March 2021, bringing 20 years of combined experience across finance, mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, and corporate development. Prior to iS5Com, Maurizio served as CFO and strategic partner to entrepreneurs and management teams of a number of technology start-up and scale-up companies where he played a key role in enterprise value creation through financial and business strategy, fundraising, and finance function leadership. CFO roles have included Strongpoint (acquired by Netwrix) a compliance management software company, Daisy Intelligence an applied artificial intelligence SaaS business, Alpha Recon an ESRM software company and Epik Networks a unified communication service provider. Previously, Maurizio held roles with various investment banks, including as the National Co-Head of Corporate Finance and M&A Advisory for the Technology, Media, and Telecommunication sector at Deloitte Canada. Maurizio has an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a BComm (Hons) from the Catholic University of Milan. He speaks 5 languages.
