Natalie Zavaglia

Natalie Zavaglia joined iS5 Communications in April 2018 as an H&R Manager. She is instrumental in establishing and managing the HR function at the company and fostering the company's corporate culture. Natalie brings to iS5 Communications more than 10 years of HR expertise in different industries including telecommunications, travel, and insurance. Prior to iS5, she was an HR Manager for Solar Provider Group LLC, a global renewable energy company, where she excelled in managing the full spectrum of HR programs and services. Previously, Natalie Zavaglia held multiple HR roles at Ruggedcom / Siemens Canada Limited. Outside of work, she is an avid gardener and enjoys running with her chocolate Labrador. Natalie has a Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in History from York University and attended Humber College for the Human Resources Management postgraduate program.
