May Young Lin has worked in the pharmaceutical and medical industries since 2000. May Young began their career as an intern at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen in 2000, where they worked on a project measuring T cell functions. In 2001, they were an intern at the University Medical Centre Groningen, where they studied and characterized the expression of a receptor involved in multiple sclerosis. In 2003, they became a PhD student at Leiden University Medical Center, where they worked in the Immunology (infectious diseases) department. In 2009, they became a Post Doc at Universiteit Utrecht, where they worked on a project involving the design, setup, and performance of experiments in the field of molecular and cellular immunobiology. In 2012, they became a Project Leader in Pharmaceutical Technologies at FeyeCon Carbon Dioxide Technologies. In 2015, they joined Echo Pharmaceuticals as a Clinical Research and Pharmaceutical Manager. Finally, in 2018, they joined ISA Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Scientist Immunomonitoring, Supply Chain Project Manager, and CMC Coordinator.
May Young Lin attended Praedinius Gymnasium from 1991 to 1997 and then went on to pursue a MSc. in Medical Biology at the University of Groningen from 1997 to 2002.
