Kirtly Raether

Kirtly Raether has a diverse work experience across various companies. From March 2022 to the present, they have been serving as the President R&D and Co-Founder of International Scientific Advisors (ISA), a platform that connects biomedical companies with funding and scientific advisory teams. Prior to this role, from September 2020 to February 2022, they held the position of VP R&D and Co-Founder at ISA.

Before joining ISA, Kirtly worked at tier seven starting from January 2015, where they focused on identifying and securing non-dilutive Department of Defense (DoD) funding for DoD researchers and private industry companies through cooperative R&D agreements. Kirtly continues working in this role at tier seven.

In 2014, Kirtly worked as a Quality Control Chemist at DrVita.com, and from 2011 to 2013, they served as a Sample Processing Technician at Novum Pharmaceutical Research Services.

Additionally, Kirtly gained experience as a Research Supervisor at Tier 7 Neuroimaging Research from February to June 2012, and as a Research Assistant at Advanced Medical Imaging and Genetics (Amigenics) from November 2009 to January 2012.

Kirtly Raether's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences: Pre-professional from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, which they obtained in the years 2007 to 2012. Following that, they pursued a Master of Biomedical Sciences (MS) in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from Tufts University School of Medicine, completing it in the years 2013 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, they also hold certifications as an EMT-Basic from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians and as an Office Laboratory Assistant from the State of Nevada. Kirtly also has an estimated intermediate level of fluency in German, as assessed by Duolingo.
