Andressa Gentile has gained work experience in several companies and roles over the years. In 2011, they started their career as a Menor Aprendiz at the Associação dos Funcionários Públicos do Município de São Bernardo do Campo, where they worked until 2013. Later, in 2013, they worked as a Recepcionista at Ancar Ivanhoe Shopping Centers for a few months. In 2017, they joined Conduent as an Analista de Atendimento bilingue Jr and worked there until 2018. In 2019, they worked as an Assistente de operações at CVC CORP, handling phone/email/WhatsApp communication with travelers. Atento was their next stop in 2020, where they worked as a Bilingual Customer Experience, providing assistance to Disney+ subscribers. Currently, they are employed at isaac, starting as an Analista de Customer Experience Junior in 2021 and progressing to the role of Analista de Customer Experience Pleno in 2022.

Andressa Gentile attended the National College of Business Administration (NCBA) in 2014, where they pursued a degree in Intensive English with a focus on Second Language Learning. In 2020, they enrolled in Universidade Paulista, where they are currently studying Publicidade e Propaganda (Publicity and Advertising). In addition to their academic pursuits, they obtained a certification in Fundamentos do Marketing Digital from Google in February 2021.
